Quotes and Reservations
All quotes provided by Prestige Lux Limos are based on the trip details given at the time of the request. This may include pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage amount, number of stops, wait time, and any special requests.
Quotes may change if the trip details change after the original quote is provided.
A reservation is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Prestige Lux Limos through phone, email, text message, or our booking platform.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate trip information, including pickup address, destination, date, time, contact information, passenger count, luggage details, and flight information when applicable.
Prestige Lux Limos is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, missed flights, or service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Airport Transportation
For airport pickups and drop-offs, customers are responsible for providing accurate airline, airport, terminal, and flight information.
Prestige Lux Limos may monitor flight information when available, but customers should still notify us of any major flight changes, delays, cancellations, or updated arrival times.
Airport pickup procedures may vary depending on the airport, terminal, traffic conditions, airport rules, and chauffeur instructions.
Wait Time
Wait time may apply if the customer is not ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Additional wait time charges may apply for delays, extra stops, airport delays, event delays, or schedule changes that extend the original reservation time.
For airport arrivals, standard grace periods may vary depending on the type of pickup, airport, and reservation details.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the reservation type, vehicle type, distance, event type, and time of cancellation.
Customers should contact Prestige Lux Limos as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change a reservation.
Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations made after a vehicle has already been dispatched may be subject to cancellation fees or full trip charges.
No-Shows
A no-show occurs when the customer does not arrive at the pickup location, does not contact Prestige Lux Limos, or cannot be reached within a reasonable amount of time.
No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.
Changes to Reservations
Reservation changes are subject to availability. This includes changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, passenger count, number of stops, or service duration.
Prestige Lux Limos will do its best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute changes.
Additional charges may apply for changes that increase time, mileage, vehicle requirements, or service needs.
Rates and Additional Charges
Rates may be based on flat rates, hourly rates, mileage, time, vehicle type, airport service, event service, or other trip details.
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, airport fees, late-night service, holiday service, cleaning, damage, special requests, or extended service time.
Final pricing may vary if the actual service is different from the original reservation details.
Payment
Payment may be required before, during, or after the reservation depending on the service type and booking arrangement.
Prestige Lux Limos may require a deposit, prepayment, or valid payment method to confirm a reservation.
By providing payment information, the customer authorizes Prestige Lux Limos or its payment processor to charge for the confirmed service, additional time, fees, damages, cancellation charges, or other approved costs related to the reservation.
Vehicle Availability
Prestige Lux Limos makes every effort to provide the requested vehicle type. However, vehicle availability may be affected by scheduling, maintenance, weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or circumstances outside of our control.
If the requested vehicle is unavailable, Prestige Lux Limos may provide a comparable vehicle when possible.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely during the ride.
Prestige Lux Limos reserves the right to refuse or end service if passengers are abusive, unsafe, intoxicated to the point of creating risk, damaging the vehicle, violating laws, distracting the chauffeur, or creating an unsafe environment.
The customer who booked the reservation may be responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the vehicle.
Alcohol, Smoking, and Illegal Substances
Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted in Prestige Lux Limos vehicles.
Alcohol may only be permitted when allowed by law and approved for the specific reservation. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees, termination of service, or refusal of future service.
Cleaning and Damage Fees
Customers may be charged for vehicle cleaning, repair, or damage caused by passengers.
This may include spills, stains, vomiting, broken parts, burns, excessive mess, smoke odor, or any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
Cleaning and damage fees are determined based on the cost of cleaning, repair, downtime, and related expenses.
Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Prestige Lux Limos is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, airport delays, mechanical issues, law enforcement activity, public events, construction, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our control.
