This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes, no-shows, wait time, airport delays, and reservation updates are handled for our limousine, black car, SUV, airport transportation, chauffeur, and private transportation services.
By booking with Prestige Lux Limos, you agree to the cancellation terms listed below.
General Cancellation Policy
Customers should contact Prestige Lux Limos as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change a reservation.
Cancellation fees may vary depending on the type of service, vehicle reserved, pickup location, trip distance, event type, and how close the cancellation is to the scheduled pickup time.
Reservations canceled with reasonable notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the booking details.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If a vehicle has already been scheduled, assigned, or dispatched, the reservation may be charged partially or in full.
This helps cover chauffeur scheduling, vehicle preparation, dispatch time, and lost availability.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when the customer does not arrive at the pickup location, cannot be reached, or fails to contact Prestige Lux Limos within a reasonable amount of time after the scheduled pickup.
No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.
Customers are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time and for providing accurate contact information.
Airport Pickup Cancellations
For airport pickups, customers are responsible for providing accurate airline, airport, terminal, and flight information.
Prestige Lux Limos may monitor flight information when available, but customers should still notify us of major flight changes, cancellations, missed flights, or updated arrival times.
If a flight is canceled or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust the reservation when available.
Flight Delays and Cancellations
We understand that flight delays and cancellations are sometimes outside of the customer’s control.
When notified in advance, Prestige Lux Limos will make every reasonable effort to adjust the pickup time based on chauffeur and vehicle availability.
Additional charges may apply if the delay results in extended wait time, schedule changes, or a new dispatch.
If the customer does not notify us of a canceled flight, missed flight, or major delay, cancellation or no-show charges may apply.
Wait Time
Wait time may apply if the customer is not ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Additional wait time charges may apply for airport delays, event delays, extra stops, schedule changes, or late passenger arrival.
For airport arrivals, grace periods may vary depending on the reservation type, airport, terminal, and pickup instructions.
Reservation Changes
Reservation changes are subject to availability.
This includes changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage amount, number of stops, or service duration.
Prestige Lux Limos will do its best to accommodate changes, but last-minute changes are not guaranteed.
Additional charges may apply if the change increases mileage, travel time, wait time, vehicle requirements, or chauffeur scheduling needs.
Hourly and Event Reservations
Hourly reservations, weddings, proms, corporate events, concerts, sporting events, and special event transportation may require more advance notice for cancellations.
Because these reservations often block off a vehicle and chauffeur for a specific time period, late cancellations may be charged partially or in full.
Deposits for special events may be non-refundable depending on the reservation details.
Deposits and Prepaid Reservations
Some reservations may require a deposit or prepayment to confirm the booking.
Deposits may be non-refundable if the customer cancels after the vehicle and chauffeur have been reserved.
Refund eligibility for prepaid reservations depends on the timing of the cancellation, service type, and reservation details.
Vehicle Already Dispatched
If a vehicle has already been dispatched before a cancellation request is received, the customer may be charged a cancellation fee or the full reservation amount.
This applies to airport pickups, point-to-point rides, hourly service, events, and any other scheduled transportation service.
Weather, Traffic, and Road Conditions
Prestige Lux Limos is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, construction, airport delays, law enforcement activity, public events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service, but travel times are not guaranteed.
