Safe Driving Standards
Our chauffeurs are expected to follow all applicable traffic laws, posted speed limits, airport rules, roadway regulations, and safe driving practices.
Prestige Lux Limos does not encourage unsafe driving, speeding, aggressive driving, distracted driving, or any behavior that puts passengers, chauffeurs, or others at risk.
Vehicle Cleanliness
We understand that customers expect a clean and comfortable vehicle when booking luxury transportation.
Prestige Lux Limos makes reasonable efforts to keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for service. Vehicles may be cleaned, inspected, and prepared before scheduled rides whenever possible.
Vehicle Maintenance
Reliable transportation starts with properly maintained vehicles. Prestige Lux Limos makes reasonable efforts to keep vehicles serviced, inspected, and maintained for safe operation.
Vehicle availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, mechanical issues, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. When possible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable vehicle if a scheduled vehicle becomes unavailable.
Airport Transportation Safety
For airport pickups and drop-offs, Prestige Lux Limos follows airport pickup procedures, traffic rules, terminal instructions, and chauffeur communication practices to help provide a smooth and safe experience.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate airline, airport, terminal, and flight information so we can better coordinate pickup timing and location.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely while using Prestige Lux Limos services.
Passengers should remain seated when required, wear seat belts when applicable, follow chauffeur instructions, avoid distracting the chauffeur, and avoid any behavior that creates risk or damage.
Prestige Lux Limos reserves the right to refuse or end service if passenger behavior creates a safety concern.
No Smoking or Illegal Substances
Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted in Prestige Lux Limos vehicles.
Any violation may result in cleaning fees, cancellation of service, or refusal of future service.
Alcohol may only be allowed when permitted by law and approved for the specific reservation. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Weather and Road Conditions
Prestige Lux Limos makes every reasonable effort to provide timely service, but weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, construction, public events, airport delays, and other conditions can affect travel time.
Safety comes first. Chauffeurs may adjust driving speed, routing, or timing based on road conditions, weather, and passenger safety.
24/7 Communication
Prestige Lux Limos understands that transportation plans can change, especially with airport travel, corporate schedules, events, and late-night pickups.
Our team may communicate by phone, text, email, or booking platform updates regarding reservations, pickup details, chauffeur information, timing changes, or service-related questions.
Privacy and Discretion
Many customers choose private transportation because they value comfort, privacy, and professionalism.
Prestige Lux Limos expects chauffeurs and team members to treat customer information, travel details, pickup locations, and private conversations with care and discretion.
Lost Items
Passengers are responsible for checking the vehicle before leaving. Prestige Lux Limos is not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles.
If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to help return it. Delivery, shipping, or additional trip charges may apply.
Service Refusal for Safety Reasons
Prestige Lux Limos reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or end service when necessary for safety, legal, payment, vehicle protection, or passenger conduct reasons.
This may include unsafe behavior, abusive conduct, illegal activity, vehicle damage, excessive mess, intoxication that creates risk, or failure to follow reasonable chauffeur instructions.
