How close can a limo get to the Lollapalooza entrance?
Streets immediately around Grant Park close during the festival, so no vehicle can pull up to the gates. Our chauffeurs use the nearest open drop-off points, usually a short walk from the entrances, and adjust in real time as the city updates closures.
How does pickup work after the festival ends at night?

As early as possible. Festival weekend is the busiest stretch of our summer, and vehicles sell out. Booking at least one to two weeks ahead gives you the best choice of fleet and pickup times.
Do you pick up from hotels outside downtown?
Yes. We serve all of Chicagoland, including O'Hare and Midway area hotels, the North Shore, and the western and southern suburbs. Wherever you are staying, we can build a route to Grant Park.
